WHAT
MATERIAL ARE THE SHIRTS MADE FROM?
Our
shirts are 100% premium cotton. Because of the sensitivity of baby's
skin, all baby and toddler bodysuits and lap shoulder shirts were selected
from around the globe to find the softest, tightest interlocked cotton
available - European combed cotton - you won't find our designs on any ribbed
cotton clothing. The Raglan shirts are also 100% cotton but these are
made right here in the USA.
DO
YOU DO TAGLESS?
We
have clothing labels available if requested. But, because of
overwhelming demand, we have created a seal that is imprinted on each shirt
with all the information needed and without the discomfort of an itchy tag.
HOW
DO YOU PRINT THEM?
Our designs are custom created, printed, and then applied to each shirt using an industrial heat
press at the highest heat and pressure setting. We find this to be the
best way to get true colors (unlike screen printing that is limited in color
scheme) and it also ensures that the designs become a part of the shirt.
This is far superior to iron-on transfers that can feel crunchy and fade after
a few washes.

DID YOU COME UP WITH THE DESIGNS?
Each
and every design was created by our design team using state-of-the-art
computer art programs. Because we are always working on new designs,
check back soon to see what else is new.
ARE
THERE ANY GIFT OPTIONS?
Every
babyality! shirt is packaged in a frosted pillow box. You may also
choose (at no charge) to have a sage green organdy bow tied around the
box. Your invoice can be sent to you via email or postal mail and your
package can be sent to another address. You may also send a card with
your package free of charge. (Please inquire further for more details.)
HOW
ARE MY ITEMS SHIPPED?
Depending
on location, we choose the quickest, most cost-effective way to ship your
products to you so that we can offer shipping rates lower than our
competitors. Shipping and handling charges are $5.95 for orders within
the continental U.S. Please check with us about international rates.

I HAVE TO BUY MY ITEMS ONLINE?
Thanks
to increasing demand, several high-end unique baby retail shops are stocking
babyality! shirts. We encourage you to buy in person so that you can
feel the quality and comfort of our shirts. If you would like your local
shop to carry babyality!, send us an inquiry. If they choose to stock
babyality!, you will receive any shirt free of charge and shipping.
DO
I HAVE TO BUY MY ITEMS ONLINE?
You
may pay with Visa, MasterCard, check card, PayPal, or money order. All
transactions are processed through a secure server - this is safer than handing your card to a clerk
at any retail store. However, if you feel more comfortable, you can send a check
to Babyality! at P.O. Box 202, Rosemount, MN 55068. Once your check has cleared,
your order will be shipped.
